Ambleside is our main store; built especially to house our first ever 'Rock Shop' it received the Isobel Wilson award from Ambleside Civic Trust for 'Outstanding Vernacular Improvement to the Village 1996'.
As it is our largest shop we are able to feature the widest range of products here and even have a 150 million year old (Jurassic) ichthyosaur. To our knowledge it is the largest one on show in England outside the Natural History Museum in London. Keep a look out for developments as we always like to improve and change our stock and Ambleside is most often our testing station!
The shop is situated on North Road just opposite the Tourist Information Office and to the side of the Salutation Hotel.
